The Non-Teaching Department is a crucial section linking the College Administration, Lecturers and Students. It constitutes a group of able employees employed via a competitive interviewing process consisting of Accountants, Procurement/Stores Officers, Secretaries, Nurses, Drivers, Clerks, Cleaners, Groundsmen, Cooks etc.

PROCUREMENT AND STORES SECTION
The procurement department is charged with the major responsibility of sourcing goods, works and services on behalf of the college.
The procurement procedures that are used to obtain the goods, works and services for the college adhere to Public procurement And Asset Disposal Act 2015.
The major method of procurement being, open tendering.
The department also ensures that the college obtains value for money through quality control measures for example through the Adhoc Inspection and Acceptance Committees appointed by the Accounting Officer for the purpose of assessment of all the goods and services delivered in the college.
Any individual, business persons or companies wishing to supply goods or services to Lugari Diploma TTC is advised to check with local daily newspapers or College website when College tenders will be floated.

I thank God for this humble opportunity. The Principal’s Secretary’s office is the doorway to the Chief Principal’s office and the general administration of Senior College officials. This office is charged with the responsibility of general custody of high profile confidential information of the College. All College official documentations are generated from this office.
This office carries the humble face of Lugari Diploma TTC, a College that God’s graceful hand rests upon, a College of choice, a serene environment, a working environment that has individuals with greatest corporation, from Teaching Staff to Non teaching team, to the students, a profound relationship exists!
This office serves visitors of all calibers; right from Government officials, local leaders, our blessed parents and students. We maintain an open-door policy. It is a regulation that students solve their problems through Dean’s office but a student wishing to see or talk to the Chief Principal is accorded the opportunity with great priority. We value all visitors, whether internal or external, because they are the reason for the front-door office
This office is charged with the responsibility of serving College Officers e.g. Registrar, Dean, Lecturers and Students.
All internal correspondences, communications, schedules, examinations and documentation are generated from this office.
This office also works hand in hand with examination office for processing, analyzing of examination and production of students’ transcripts and many other responsibilities.
STUDENTS ON ATTACHMENT
Lugari Diploma TTC is a vibrant all-round Institution which other Institution depend on for offering attachment opportunities to their students. Students on attachment are exposed to the ideal working environment where they gain vital experience required as a course necessity and future experience.
MEDICAL SECTION
The College has a 24-hour functional Medical Section headed by a College Nurse who offers first hand treatment to students. Students who need further medication are referred to a Government Health Facility that is just 2kms away from the College.The College driver are also standby to cater for any emergency.
TRANSPORT
The College has a transport system fully compliant to Constitutional transport regulations and Ministry of Education guidelines
